Delete your account
You can delete your Koinus account here without installing the app. Deletion removes your sign-in, personal books, and household membership from the active database.
If your partner remains in the household, the shared budget stays available to them, including entries you added. When no members remain, the household budget is deleted. Export anything you want to keep first. Deletion cannot be undone.
Provider backups, account emails, and copies you or your partner exported follow their own retention rules. Cancel any subscription separately with the provider on your receipt.
