Koinus LLC runs Koinus. For help, email support@koinus.com. We read mail during U.S. business days and usually reply within two business days.

In the app, tap Help (question mark) for how to scan, share a household, and switch years. Help answers stay on your device.

When you write, include the email on the account and what you were trying to do. Do not send bank statements, full card numbers, or passwords. A screenshot of the screen in the app is enough.

Delete your account

Apple and Google require a way to delete the account you created. You can do that without uninstalling the app:

In the app: Gear → Account → Delete account
On the web: Delete your account

Deletion removes your sign-in, personal books, and household membership after the server confirms. If a partner remains, the shared budget stays with them. Export first if you want a copy. Deletion cannot be undone and does not cancel a store subscription.

Cancel a subscription

This version of Koinus does not sell new subscriptions. If you already have one, cancel with the store on your receipt — deleting the app does not cancel it.

Apple: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Koinus
Google Play: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Koinus

Export your books

Gear → Books → Export JSON. Keep that file somewhere you control.

Scan

Scan reads a receipt, statement, paystub, pasted text, or a file shared from another app on your device. Confirm each line before it is saved. Payments posted back to a card (for example Autopay) are skipped. If a scan looks wrong, edit the line or enter it by hand. Koinus does not log into your bank. See the document policy.

Sign-in and household

Use the same email you created the account with. Check spam for the confirm link.
Forgot password: Sign in → Forgot password, then use the email we send.
Household: Gear → invite your partner. Two logins, one set of books.
